Cancellation Policy
Wanaka Bakpaka is aware that travel plans can change, this is why our cancellation policy is clearly stated below so all future guests understand our booking conditions as cancellations can disrupt our whole day and other guest’s bookings.
Please note that we have a 48 hour cancellation policy prior to check in date. Cancellations are to be made either by email or phone, both options need to be confirmed by Wanaka Bakpaka.
New Zealand is a vast and mountainous country with many roads passing through alpine passes. We therefore do not accept responsibility for any disruption in ones travel plans due to weather, road closures, etc.
